• The two welding manipulators of the robot system are
   equipped with lifting and rotating function.
• The rotational movement takes place by means of
   controlled robot axis.
• Each welding manipulator can lift components with
   a load of 3.0 tonnes to 1.8 meters.
• A welding manipulator can be positioned exactly by
   electric motor drive on the second movement path.

The robotic system enables the flexible operation as one or two stations welding system.

station operation:

  • 2 piece containers up to 3000 kg each
  • Dimensions 3,000 x 3,000 x 3,000 mm

Single station operation:

  • 1 piece of container up to 6000 kg
  • Dimensions 6,000 x 3,000 x 3,000 mm

The robot welding system is equipped with a Fanuc welding robot, two positioners with lifting function and a horizontal axis of rotation, two undercarriages (for the welding robots controlled robot axis, for the positioner with electric motor), and equipped welding technology and housing.
