Frame welding fixtures for all around welding

Frame Welding Fixtures offers the possibility, to promptly adjust and to weld all sides the length and width of different frames in rectangular allocation.

In the process the angles on the upper and lower side of the frame are exposed for the welding process.

Mechanical clamping elements with spindle-compression are located in close proximity to the weld joint, by which certain irregularities in the joint can be sensitively compensated. The clamping corner on the left target builds the 0-point of the x- and y-axis.

The Frame Welding Fixtures can be swiveled about ca. 225° after the clamping of the components and the frames can be welded overleaf.


The frame welding fixtures are suitable for robotic applications as well.
